Topic: Buy a T3i for a good price!
I am selling my Canon Rebel T3i and I thought I would let all you guys be the first to know if anyone of you are looking into getting one! This camera is in very good condition(I keep my cameras very safe) and I've only out about 10% of its life in pictures. I'm selling it with the 18-55 kit lens that came with it and I'm providing all of the original boxing, wires, cables, charger, instruction manuals, etc. I'm also including an extra camera battery.
For those of you that don't know, the T3i features a articulating LCD screen which I've found to be invaluable for small subjects like Legos. It has an AMAZING 18 megapixel CMOS sensor which I've found to be quite impressive for its price level. 18 MP is lots of resolution and if you plan on plenty of cropping, this is really going to be useful for you.
Many brickfilmers use this camera for their films and they can tell you that it has been fabulous.
For those you that are videographers, this camera captures Full HD video with impressive ISO sensitivity from 100-6400. The larger sensor provides sharper cleaner looking images. Just fo the record, these kinds of cameras are being used as B and C cameras for large movie productions.
For those of you who are photographers and would like a loner reach. I am also selling my Tamron 70-300 DI VC SP telephoto lens. Let me jut say that this lens, from my own experience, is amazing. Combine this lens and a crop-frame(APS-C) camera like the T3i and you have the ability to take pictures at almost a 500mm super-telephoto lens(because of the 1.6 crop factor of the sensor). For its selling price on Amazon and other stores of $400, its pleasing to see how sharp the lens actually is. This lens is no cheap quality lens like the cheaper Canon 70-300 telephotos. You can tell the difference between this Tamron and those.
It has USD(UltraSonic Drive) which is a very fast focusing system built into the lens.
This lens is placed in Tamron's SP(Super Performance) category which guarantees their best optics and build quality.
DI stands for Digitally Integrated, which simply means in Tamron's terminology that this lens can be used on APS-C cameras as well as on full frame cameras.
VC stands for Vibration Compensation which is in other words, image stabilization. The VC provides 4 stops of stabilization, which means I can get down to about 1/4 second at 70mm and still have a sharp image.
The lens also includes its original lens hood and boxing.
I'm planning on providing a link to my sale later, I just wanted to get out the news here first before I posted elsewhere.
I'm offering the Canon Rebel T3i and all its original boxing and contents(including kit lens) for $600. Price is negotiable(within reason). The Tamron 70-300 VC is going for $350. If you would like to get both of them in one package I'll offer them for $900.
Hope I can help any of you who wants a dSLR for their brickfilming/video/photography needs! This would work great for any Christmas or Birthday gift for any of those aspiring photographers out there.
Both of these products and all of their contents are in very good condition.
Thanks.
Canon Rebel T3i - $600
Tamron 70-300 f/4-5.6 DI VC USD SP lens - $350
