Marketing and advertising: If you have a festival or contest you'd like to promote, that's great. If you're looking to sell or give away something that other brickfilmers, by nature of the hobby, would be interested in, that's also fine. But please don't make a thread to advertise a website or service, or that nice used car you're looking to sell.
Please don't advertise your films here. People might come to you anyway. Advertising just makes it look like you desperately need for people to view your stuff.
(And don't worry, I won't report you, but other people might.)

Sorry, I didn't really think that was advertising. I was mostly wondering about those questions, and I thought since this was about the Avengers Trailer maybe someone would want to take a look at mine.
Sorry once again...and thanks for telling me that. I honestly thought that would be fine.
