Re: Sets and Props Critique Thread
Actually I don't think that any slopes would work because it's pretty blocky in the movie. Here's a screenshot: (sorry for the bad quality)

Good idea, I'll see what I can do.
Okay, I tiled the boat. Thanks for the suggestion, I have to say it looks quite a bit better! ![]()

Edit: I also just moved the blue strip down one flat to make it more accurate to the movie.

Here's a quick mini-model of Minas Tirith that I built today.
I still have to add all the buildings inside, as well as several other details. I'm not really sure I like how the mountain looks, so I'll probably end up rebuilding it.
Veeeeery good.

StudioL30: That's a very good model; I know I couldn't do any better.

I am still looking for a drone design so please try to make one and upload picture because if I chose yours it will be used in my DC/Marvel 30 minute long lego superheroes film
I am giving you guys only until monday to finish it {the 30th}
so hurry and make one if you want to be part of this film
I think the room looks ok. I would tone down the color variety a little and put some things on the wall though. Also, maybe add some more objects to the floor of the kitchen.

More pics here.
I'm going to get you a good design if it's the last thing I do. ![]()
not bad but I want everyone to have a chance
I'll have mine up by the 29th. Been working on it for a while now.
That's really good! However, I think you should add some more color to it. Maybe a blue line on the cabin wall?

Oh, sweet! Lord of the Rings!
This is a new set that I've almost completed. It's supposed to resemble the streets of Chicago, hence the track over the road.
