They are looking for new members who are amateur film directors. The service appears to be very good hosting site, quick to upload, quality and sound are very good. I have been impressed.

No it isn't YT. But it is modeled to look a bit like it. But it is faster and the quality is better.
No offence but I wouldn't call you a "Young" director. 
That is what I said to the owner of the site, he replied 'Young as in experience' as long as you aren't semi pro director etc, but just an amateur then you are welcome to join. Age isn't an issue.
