Topic: Bring down a YouTuber who stole from MICHEALHICKOXfilms (brickfilmer)

For those who don't know, Micheal is a great brickfilmer and YouTuber @MICHEALHICKOXfilms.

It is with great regret that at least 2 of Micheal's videos where copied without credit. In fact, the YouTube user who cpied the videos claims the videos as their own!

Help bring down this fraud by visiting the 2 links, and flagging them as spam - scams/fraud.

Ah, yes. Michael Hickox is one of my favorite brickfilmers, despite the fact that he's not a member of Bricks in Motion. How dare that chump try to steal one of his videos.

All we can do, really, is report this to a Youtube official. THere is not much else we can do. But yeah, this should be taken down as soon as we get the word out.

Can't flag the videos cause I'm on mobile right now, but Michael is one of my favorite brickfilmers and what this guy has done is illegal. Also, I looked on his channel and watched the brickfilms he made, and trust me, they are all terrible 1 fps films.

Alright, I don't know if any of you are actually doing this, but if you are, stop cursing and threatening the guy! There is absolutely NO reason for you to be doing that. I don't care if the guy did steal someone's video. Heck, I've had my own work stolen before and I would NEVER stoop as low as some of what I'm seeing in the video comments.

Just flag the video and move on.

I wrote "please don't steal other people's videos. that is rude." No reason we can't be nice while still making a point.
I don't think the majority of people cursing on the video are members here though. Youtube is a much brutal than our little community here.

I don't know why there has to be this large organized assault on the person who did this. Michael should contact YouTube and claim copyright infringement. If this doesn't work, then I could understand a lot of people getting upset. I had a video stolen a few months ago and I immediately filed and told YouTube. The result? It was taken down like 24 hours later. Perhaps I was lucky, I don't know.

+1, a scam/fraud thread, and have a sticky and locked post with advice on how to get a fraud video removed.

EDIT: It could also have a sticky for scam and frauds on sites like BrickLink, so us new BrickLink users (like me) don't get conned into a purchase that seemed 'too good to be true'.
