Can anyone help me? Always when I try to import mov. files the message comes. The importer reported a generetic problem (or something, I can't remember). Anyway, I can't import mov. files so please help me, someone. I'm sad. 
I hope that it works fine now, I was sad and I created the topic fast, I tried to open some mov. files in Quicktime and then it ask something, I said yes and then I tried import in premiere and it works. I hope so it will work in future.
