My script for Union City is finally done and all parts have been cast for this new series I plan to start shooting next weekend.
The story begins in Union City a fictional city in North America which was the first one hit by a mysterious new flu virus.
It is not known where or how this new strain developed and it begins to kill all it infects at a tremendous rate and begins spreading like wildfire across the world.
Everyone killed by the virus soon begin to come to life and begin to attack anything living.
There are pockets of survivors spread out across Union City and when our story we are introduced to Blake Hamilton, Colin
Chambers 2 survivors living outside the city trying to stay alive from the undead and there own inner demons.
As well we are introduced to Buck Bailey a reporter channel 78 who spends his days looking for survivors with the aid of station helicopter Pilot Reggie Greene.
This is going to be one of my most ambitious projects to date and I really hope to nail and capture the feel of the story and what each character is going through.
Here is a quick excerpt from the script.

Colin “What’s eating you Blake?”
Blake “Same thing that eats at me everyday Colin that burning question in the back of my mind why? Why didn’t I get sick but Emily did?”
Colin “You know that isn’t fair to do that to yourself bud. At least you didn’t have to watch Emily come back and then put a bullet in her head.”
Blake “I’m sorry man, but I can’t stand here and lie and say this is getting any easier because it isn’t.”
Colin “Blake if you let it consume you, then it will eat at you and infect you worse then the virus man. You have to let it go.”
