I really enjoyed the other Michel Gondry films I've seen (Science of Sleep & Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) and it just looks so colorful, I think I'll have to catch it in theaters.
Honestly, the way some of you people think drives me nuts. "Wow, those two things have the same name!!! HE SHOULD SUE THEM!!!!!"
I think the only brickfilmer who even has an argument better than "They stole my name!" is Ladon. His Fallen and ABC's Fallen seem quite similar, from what I've seen.
Lol, Hazzat might be able to sue Disney...
Hazzat's Up
I sure hope he can...
In the original YouTube description, I wrote "This has nothing to do with the upcoming Pixar film." So they didn't steal anything.
For the record, naysayers: neither did I.]
I am still ridiculously scared about that film. Storybook to silver screen adaptations have rarely been solid.

Actually, there have been a few test screenings and the people said it was amazing and creepy. Some kids actually had to be taken out of the theater because it was to scary for them.
The Trailer for this will be attached to the movie Monsters Vs Aliens coming out March 27th.

I don't think Where the Wild Things Are is going to come out this year, they've been pushing release dates forward so much lately that I can't trust any of them. I think at least it might come out in Jan. 2010. For example, Harry Potter 6 was going to come out in Nov. last year and Star Trek in Dec. We hadn't seen much footage or promotional stuff at all when it came near the time they were going to release them. Also, Rick Baker's Werewolf film, that was supposed to come out in a month or so from now, that's been pushed forward till October. That's for a reason though.:p
As you said there's going to be a trailer coming out with Monsters & Aliens movie soon, so that gives me hope that there not going to push the release date forward. But I'm not sure.
I think Tokyo! looks really neat
Haha, Tokyo Police Club in a trailer for a film called Tokyo. Funny.
I've never heard of the other two directors, but Michel Gondry is always awesome.

Yeah, but everything I've heard about this indicates something very, very far from the usual sanitized kid fantasy. I mean, look at that poster. It's not all clean-looking, there's not a tableau of all the characters or anything; it looks real.

What, that its attached to MvsA?
Or because its scary?
Both. And, might I add, MvsA looks like ass.
Shut the hell up Maggosh, you never say anything positive about anything.
How could the movie being scary destroy the whole film for you? What do you want this film to be like?

Probably in Japanese with subtitles.
I looked at that, and then at your sig...
Speaking of Where the Wild things are
