This movie is going to be freakin' awesome! Megatron is coming back, Bay was lying to us, I cannot express my love for this movie in words. Faints

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but District 9 looks interesting. Based on a short film by the director, Neill Blomkamp, the guy who Peter Jackson originally wanted to direct the Halo movie.
Dude, I was literally going to post that right now! It does look interesting.
My friend showed that to me the other day and I thought it looked like this other video I'd seen... then I saw the director and thought to myself that name seems slightly familiar too...

When I was watching the trailer I thought it was a film documentary or something, I went like "WTF
" when I saw the spaceship ![]()
I friggin' gasped when I saw that huge ship.
Looks really awesome.
You should watch Koyaanisqatsi and Baraka and tell me what you think. Those two films are like the definition of eye candy for me.
I just watched the film after finding that link through a friend. I feel like watching it in YT quality, I've only actually seen half of it. It made me want to get the Blu-Ray version.

Yeah, from having seen it on a huge screen, I can tell you it's probably worth it. You should watch Koyaanisqatsi first, though.
This is the rating for the new Harry Potter film.

I am outraged.
I'm pretty sure that information was released at least a month ago. I'm not too unhappy, however.
Really? Wow Hollywodd is getting lower standards, they only allow the F-Woprd one time in a PG-13 movie now. I dunno why my mom complains about it, I figured it was higher.

Actually, I think the use of the F-bomb once as an expletive has always constituted a PG-13 rating since it's creation if I'm not mistaken.
Although according to the MPAA if F--- were used in a sexual context, the film would immediately receive an R rating.

Why are you outraged about this rating?
I think cause they were on a PG-13 streak, and he hoped it would stay that way till the end.

Yes that, and the fact that it's probably the darkest and the most feel-bad book of the series. I mean, what did they do to the movie to make it acceptable for a PG rating? The last one was good but I'm starting to lose faith, the movie looks a little too... fun. Here's a new TV spot of the film and see what I mean.

I agree; the sixth book is very dark and unsettling; I really wonder how they got a PG.
Of course I'm not going to give any credibility to a system that slaps on NC-17 ratings because two people in love are enjoying themselves, while scenes of graphic mutilation can get away with an R.
