Topic: Follow My Face won't turn off in Logitech Software

I use a C910 and Monkey Jam for brickfilming and I am starting a new project. However for some strange reason, it won't let me turn the annoying "Follow my Face" mode off. It is greyed out. I have never run into this problem before. Does anyone have any ideas?

Did you restart your computer? And if that didn't work, try reinstalling the software.

Re: Follow My Face won't turn off in Logitech Software

From my experience, the only time something is greyed out is when you have something else turned on; I'm sure you've already done this, but maybe do a check to make sure absolutely everything is set to manual? I don't have any personal experience with the C910, but that's all I can think of.

I would try restarting your computer, and then if that doesn't work, update (or re-install) your software.
I played around in the settings with mine for a little while and couldn't find a way to gray it out, so it's not supposed to do that. (Yeah, I'm Captain Obvious)
I also looked at the support forums at Logitech.com, but I couldn't find anything there.

If those two don't fix it, contact Logitech Support. (They have a live chat thing on the website that I've used before.)
Restarting your computer will probably fix it, doing that seems to fix 75% of all computer problems. mini/wink

I have used the C910, and after I set EVERYTHING to manual the "follow my face" was no longer greyed out.

Yeah, everything is set to manual. I tried restarting, but that didn't do anything. Finally I just reinstalled the software, and it is working again. Thanks everybody.
