It'll contain HD muzzle flares, blood and lots of other things. And.... new "action movie essentials"

I already have action movie essentials, not the HD so I'll have to buy this.
I find it a bit useless. You can scale it up in AE if you want.
Doesn't look as good but good.

So, new footage right? That's cool.
I find it a bit useless. You can scale it up in AE if you want.
But scaling it up over double its size would make it look horrible.

I wish I could afford Andrew Kramers stuff.

No, AE CS4 automaticly renders it in HD. It's quite usefull.

You can use almost anything to render an image/footage in HD, but that doesn't make it super high quality.
Unless the footage or image is 1280x720 or more natively, all you're doing is making it larger with the expense of quality.

Sorry for the big bump, but there's some more news:
Teaser
2K resolution & 720p resolution
And it will be released somewhere in June.

I'm surprised no one's mentioned this yet. it's been out for a while now. I ordered and received the 720p version

I ordered the 2K version. Damn, I'm broke.

Bump!
What is the difference between 720 and 2K?
2K is REALLY REALLY REALLY high resolution. But, you need to have a really good PC for it to work with it. (My PC needs all his power, and it is a good PC)
720p is a resolution of 1280x720. 2K is 2048x1556. 2K is used in cinemas, I think. Or 4K.
Also this might help.

Ya, I don't think I'll get the 2K version though. It's to pricey. But whats really nice is since my brother is into live action film making, he want's it to. So we can split the price!
