Ok so I'm using monkeyjam to capture my pictures, and I was wondering how do I put audio to it, but still have a full screened youtube video? I know you can make full screen vids with wax 2.0, but I've heard that audio won't work in it? Any suggestions? Please help! 
Use an editing program like Lightworks.
You take the animation out of Monkeyjam then put it into Lightworks and add the audio.
And then I export it from light works? Can it export to a 16:9 ratio?
Yes. Yes, but only if your video is 16:9 (if not, you'll have to strech it or crop it). 16:9 is widescreen, not fullscreen.
