THE Competition IS OPEN TO anyone who, as of FEBRUARY 2, 2012, is 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (or the applicable age of majority in his/her country of residence, but in any event no less than 18 years of age) and a registered user of the youtube website.
So while some of the members of this site are eligible, it is not open to the majority of the site, who are primarily adolescents.
