because I've been busy in art school with other film projects...

You got the right mixture of comedy and horror. The bad (hope you dont mind me saying) chromakey effects along with the good head effects gave a very unnerving effect.
the green screen is my biggest complaint too... I hope it didn't take too much from the film
That was awesome. Loved the effects at the end.
Now make something longer.
