Just because you don't know how to post an image doesn't mean you have to stop posting here.
i should be getting a website sometime after christmas so i'll post stuff on there
We've explained:
Go to Flickr
Upload a photo.
Right-click with your mouse.
Click "Copy image URL".
Go to here.
Press the little icon that looks like a mountain.
Paste the image URL between the 2 's.
You will get something like this:
-CDP
do any of you know a way to upload from iPhoto? if not i'll upload them when i get a website:)
From iPhoto? What you do is you find where the picture is saved in Finder, and then upload it to tinypic or flickr. then you type
(PS- if you can't find where the image is saved in finder, you could just go to iPhoto and just take a screenshot of it and continue from there)
thanks
No... just waiting time again. It's whole time... But I'm really looking foward this. It's good thing. But my opinion is that you must film it by 15 FPS or higher, without that I think it's not really good. FPS is all's tart and all's end.
i know i am going to do higher than 15 or 15... and I am not posting alot because i dont want to reveal my sets untill i get started actually filming
. I'm starting to film in 4 days!
and i am happy to anounce that Dorthy minifig is almost complet along with the completed Glenda, tin man, and lion!!

I'm getting a new camara for Christmas (mabey) and I was wondering what would be the best kind (incase I return it to get a better one?)
And if any of you have made custom hair what clay should I use?

I wouldn't use clay for the hair.
In my opinion, clay doesn't mesh well with Lego, and it looks worse when it's used for hair/modified heads, body parts, Ect... I would just try to find the hair piece that looks the best and use that.
(The above is my OPINION, and it's not nessecarily correct. )

Wait a minute!
How is that possible, making clay look like plastic? Or do you just want it to look like Lego, but don't know how to do that?
Well, it's not really possible. Lego is more shiny, clay is dull. The whole point of making a custom part is to make something in a shape Lego doesn't have. That alone makes it look not Lego.
In a brickfilm, clay is better suited for liquids because of its smoothness and pliability. Lego pieces are better suited for solids because of thier rigidity and how a studded surface gives a rough look. I think Lego shouldn't be used for liquids and clay shouldn't be used for solids.
What kind of hair are you attempting to make out of clay?

Dorothy's Braids.
That's what I thought.
