Looks like you need LOTS of improvement.
First of all,there was no story.
Second of all,it was only 1fps.
Third of all,it was mostly the table as a surface,and not studs.
Fourth of all,why was that action figure chasing him?
Fifth of all,i saw LOTS of camera bumps( 
),and light flicker( 
).
I think you need to see some brickfilm tutorials.

first of all the devil and troll was my idea 
I don't care any way just had to point that out
just so that funmiproductions understands how it works its supposed to go
you had some evil camera bumps and light flickers

you only had like on frame per second
I'm guessing that you are taking the pictures you took
and using a program similar to Windows Movie maker to put them together into an animation
DON"T DO THIS
what you really should try to do is look here and find a stop motion animation software then be careful not to bump your camera and it will be awesome

On Topic
The film needs work. It was very choppy and didn't meat what you were intending: for it to be scary. It was such a "I turned out the lights and regretted it" scary film. Also, why was the killer all smiley? Main problems, the camera bumps and light flickers. Just keep on practicing. Maybe make a few tests once in a while.

Hmm... I quite annoying film. I think it has very low FPS and camera moves and light flicking and some annoying blue stick things and I didn't like it so much. Haven't got any props except that colorfull wall. Story was a quite emptiness. The man are escaping the murder clown and he finds some (colorfull) wall and goes behind it and some minifig kills the clown with his super extra gun yeah! Story was... ummhh. And why it's black 'n' white. I think that's useless. And this film was... umh... but don't be sad, you can make better. I'm sure, make better. Better camera, FPS, props (almost all), but you can do much much better work than that.
ok, i get it. the camera was too shaky.
I got what the film was about, but the way it was executed wasn't good. First off, there was no real set. It just seemed there was a very small platform in which the main character was walking on. It seemed to flash a few times and the flicker was a bit of a bother.
You definitely need more FPS as well since your animation was pretty choppy.
I might remake the video to make it better. Maybe
