Topic: Post Your Awesome Halloween Costumes!!

Halloween is just around the corner!
I'm a huge Halloween fanatic and dress up religiously with an awesome custom costume every year no fail.
All made from scratch of course! Last year I was Mad Max, which came out better than I ever could have hoped. So this year I'm going for the big one. 
The Dark Knight.
Made from scratch. It's looking awesome so far. I'll fo sho post pics of it when it's finished!

Anyway, if you're a freak like me, discuss awesome costume ideas and post them when you're done!

I'll be going as the Joker for the third year in a row. xD

I'm wanting to improve my outfit, right now I have an over-sized coat that's a very ugly shade of purple, black pants, and a lime green shirt.

I'd really like to get some dye for my hair that can easily be washed out instead of spray, as the hairspray makes my hair way to stiff and it clumps up and little green things annoyingly fall off every now and then. On top of that, I have very poofy hair, and it takes two cans of spray to get it all. I also want a better purple suite and an orange vest. That would be just groovy.
Anyone have any idea where I could get that stuff?

Cut the bottom out of a plastic laundry basket, and attach two shouder straps out of yarn, string, cloth, etc. on either side to hold it on.  You can attach an empty jug/box of detergent to the basket too.  Step into the basket, and drape laundry around yourself and dangling over the sides of the basket (I recommend rags, so if you lose the laundry it's no big deal).  You can even hot glue old socks, rags etc. to a sweatshirt and a stocking cap.   

Or...

Dress all in gray; cover your hair too with a gray cap if possible - you can even hot glue cotton balls to it (I sprayed them gray, but you don't have to).  Cut a large lightning bolt out of cardboard and cover it with aluminum foil.  Carry a squirt bottle full of water.  People will ask, "What are you supposed to be?"  When they do, hold up the lightning bolt, shout "Boom!", and squirt them with the water.  Then say, "I'm a storm cloud!"

I went in my usual t-shirt and jeans. I knocked on someones home and they asked what I was. I replied, "A non-conformist protesting the commercialism of this holiday." I got the door slammed in my face.

I'll just go ahead and bump this up since Halloween will be here sooner than you think. mini/smile I'm considering being the Phantom from Phantom of the Opera, so I got the mask to start it off, I also plan on doing face-makeup later on:
