I don't know what you are talking about being good at animating and being good at organizing stuff. And the forums: that is what I was saying, it shouldn't be who had been in the forums long, it should be who had skill in animating.

I think what he's trying to say is that someone who has animation skill wouldn't always be good at organizing projects. The two have nothing to do with eachother. I think I know what your logic is. Contests and projects get more entries when a respected member runs them. Yes, people who are good at animation are usually respected in the community, but that's really a minor factor when you need someone to organize a contest. What matters the most is maturity, which would make sure the person would take responsibility and handle things right. Most older members have experience, which is why they are mature and are good animators. That's why some people mistakenly think that those factors are what makes a member respected, when they are just results of the real reason.

Yes I agree

Boom De Yada it is. Expect a thread about it from me soon. In the meantime, think about which line of the song you want and get ready to call dibs.

We'll need at least 18 people, by the way, or else some people will have to double up.

Now I'm definitely animating something for this project!  Seeing as such a mature and well-respected member such as Hazzat is hosting this, at least the organizer won't drop out on us (just have to worry about the rest of the people).

Re: Bim Community Project

I can help contribute.

FOS ENTRY: Animation: 10% Done, Editing: 0% Done, Voice actors: 0%

Yes, that's what I was trying to say.
And for a line to animate, I can't decide out of these three:

But not how long it takes - I love creativity - I love to make up plots

Here's the new thread Hazzat made.
