I'm creating a film that requires a wide variety of characters. I'm asking: Where can I buy/get minifigs of any kind? (I'm hoping for simple minifigs that I can mod)
I live in the Midwest of America, so keep that in mind for your online suggestions.
Best place to get bulk of anything lego. 
That, but the Collectible Minifigs are a good way to start. They're very detailed and have some cool parts to them so they will be a good starting set if you are new to brickfilming.
Also LEGO releases battle packs that are okayish.

That.If not,buy collectable minifigures-16 in each series,5 series so far,and if you buy all of them you get:80 minifigures.
