Hi! I accidentally uninstalled MonkeyJam on my computer, and I was wondering if anyone knew when the new software will come out... I am trying to start a project right now and the version from softonic won't let me export.
the site is going to be down until sometime in august. i don't know the exact date. sorry

when there website was up, the last update was in 2008, For all I know, the creator is dead. I emailed him and asked if he could open source the program but I haven't gotten a response. I don't think 3.0 is coming out anytime soon.

When I tried to download Monkeyjam on my computer It wouldn't work ant the computer started crashing. Though, I have Windows 7. Could that be the problem? Monkeyjam looked like a good animation program though, if a new one is coming out I might want to take a look at it

Yeah MonkeyJam has some performance issues with windows 7 (what I have) and so I was hoping they were going to be fixed in the new version.
I have windows 7 and monkeyjam works fine with it. I do have 4GB of RAM and its 64Bit so that might be the reason it works.

Yeah I have 8GB ram and 64 bit but it changes the theme of my desktop for compatability purposes.

Thats been like that for more than a couple of weeks...

Yeah I have 8GB ram and 64 bit but it changes the theme of my desktop for compatability purposes.
2GB 32 bit.
It's not very processor intensive so your specs won't matter I believe.

he better bring out the new version. Im very excited to get some nice new features.
I've emailed him several times before with no reply. I think it is safe to say that monkey jam is not a forward moving project.
