The earphone

it was out of focus. I don't know what camera you were using but if its a webcam, it should have some focus controls, also, the walk cycle was bad. There are tons of tutorials on YouTube on how to do a walk cycle. Just look at those and do the same. And the audio was pretty fuzzy sounding. Might want to go to Wal-mart and get a $15 microphone.
I don't think it was awful, but it wasn't the best. The camera and the audio I think were the only really concerning problems, but he bent forward and noticed the briefcase and it was behind him? 
Good effort though!
