The animation was smooth but it was very out of focus. What camera do you use?
Logitech HD webcam C310. I have adjusted the advanced settings many times till I could make it the best it could be...
It might just be a bad camera (I plan on getting a new one 
)
Yes, that seems like a good idea. The focus on your current webcam looks quite off.
Can you control the focus? I think that camera might have fixed focus.
