Just got Sqirls water reflections recently and I'm trying to import avi video files but whenever i try it says Cannot find the codec on your system needed to decompress this avi file 
so does anyone now how to decompress the file or what i need to do?

Use uncompressed video files.
Or get the Xvid codec.
so do i go into my frame capture program and make it uncompressed or do i uncompress it after?
BTW i use Helium Frog
