How do you make a Cannon and Gun shot animation, I tried websites but i don't understand it, also where can I get the sound effects?

Findsounds.com. and on set effects are good, such as cotton wool, and clay. They look more authentic. Or you can try this; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lq2Iyg6v … re=channel

you can do what brickyman says or you could use MS paint, i use it for gunshots.
