I had gimp 2.4 and it was working fine. I decided to upgrade to 2.6 and are having some difficulties. It's opening up without a tool bar up the top. And when I try to uninstall and reinstall it, it does the same. I'm trying to get back to 2.4 but I'm not finding any links. Can anyone help me with getting gimp 2.6 to work?

EDIT: It didn't work godammit!! It just opened the program that's in my screenshot.

Uninstall all gimp stuff, delete all program files, then install my file.
