Topic: An Introduction and a Premiere

Greetings All

I've been lurking on this forum for a while now... never feeling worthy enough to post.  You see, I had never actually done my own animation before.  No matter how much I love the art of the Brick Film, I felt myself undeserving to mingle with actual animators.

Fellows, today is the day I may finally stop lurking and make my presence known.

I have made my first Brick Film (I will edit the link in after I make the premiere thread*) and I would like to become a part of the Bricks in Motion community if you'll have me.

*EDIT:  As promised http://www.bricksinmotion.com/forums/po … 8/#p215528

Thank you all for future friendship/animosity (but there's no need for the latter, is there?)

Mr. Billo

Re: An Introduction and a Premiere

Nice to know some people who are new take time to get to understand the site before jumping in. Glad to have you, you seem like a pretty decent new member.

Re: An Introduction and a Premiere

Woah sorry guys... I should have posted this in the Introduce Yourself thread.  I've already begun stepping on toes mini/sad

Thanks for being instantly friendly though WtA and Real Brick!

Re: An Introduction and a Premiere

This might just be my personal opinion, but you haven't been stepping on any toes. Honestly to me it makes no difference if I view all these posts in the Introduce Yourself thread or in a separate thread. Now that that tangent's done, welcome to BiM Mr. Billo! I'm glad that you're here! It's nice to see some new(ish) members that don't act immature. mini/smile  I hope you enjoy your time on BiM!

NICE?
It like, makes my day when that happens.

Anyways, welcome to BiM man.  Judging from your proper forum etiquette so far it will be a pleasure to have you on the site.

Re: An Introduction and a Premiere

@BG Oh dude, I'm no rookie when it comes to forums.  I got my start a looooong time ago on the Nintendo Nsider forums (do people even remember those anymore?).  Don't worry, I'll pick up whatever forum slack I can mini/sunnies

@Mad Brick Aw dude I wish I could respond to you but your profile picture keeps making me go into joy seizures (I effing love Adventure Time)

EDIT I accidentally called you BC instead of BG.  I'm just kinda used to saying BC for no illegal reason whatsoever... mini/sweat

Re: An Introduction and a Premiere

You know you're in the right place when you've only been posting a couple of days and already you feel like you're right at home mini/yes

Re: An Introduction and a Premiere

That's because you've lurked around before joining. You know the culture, rules, and taboos of this community. It's quite refreshing when someone takes the time to do that. It's also refreshing to see someone who doesn't talk like "ZOMG GUYZ, PLS C MY NU MUYVEE!!"
