Topic: Treasure hunt challenge

TREASURE HUNT CHALLENGE!]
For this contest, entrants are asked to create a brickfilm about a treasure hunt.
RULES:
1) Your film must be made specificly for this competition.
2) It must be submitted by the first of June, 2011. To submit the film, post a link to the video on this thread (or you could create a video on YouTube about the contest [details, etc.] and have them post it as a video response. This would allow more brickfilmers who are just on YouTube to enter).
The films will be judged by Makerimages , WelcomeToAwesomeness,Danimation and DBSarazen .
If you want to be a judge, tell me. Judges obviously cannot enter the challenge.
There are no prizes, unfortunately.

Sorry, but I doubt this will work. You're a new member, and don't have very much recognition. Without prizes or good organization, you probably won't get any entries.

I agree. You'd probably have to get some very high-profile judges or impressive prizes to have some entries. Maybe wait until you have developed some experience on the site and have other members notice you to have a contest.

Back after taking a VERY FREAKING long break. 14 months, I believe. Anyways I'm going to be making films again. Much better ones.

Okay then, if anybody will enter, I will judge. If you aren't doing ToY then how about you try this out? It does not even have to be long, you could make a short entry.

There a lot of contests like this, but they're almost never successful. This contest is hosted by an unexperienced member, doesn't offer any prizes, and shows signs of poor organization.

EDIT: Reading this post again, it seems harsh to me. It's not meant to be that way. I'd just suggest waiting at least a few months before making a contest like this.

It could work, you might just have to write it out a little more clearly. Something like:
