Hey guys, can someone please explain to me what settings I should have in order to have 15 FPS on Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10?

What do you mean what settings? If you shot your film in 15 fps, it should remain at this fps even in Vegas.

i took individual pictures.
First Import all your frames into Vegas. Make sure your project is set to 30 FPS. Then change the settings (not sure where this is) to add pictures to 2 frames each picture. You should get 15 FPS as your result.
