Topic: X-men minifigs (suggestions)

As a side project I'm working on an X-men music video, there aren't any actual minifigs provided by Lego so any suggestions on how I could make them would be really helpful. Just post anything you think I should use. Thanks, guys! mini/bigsmile

Here's the list:

Wolverine
Cyclops
Roque
Storm
Magneto
Nightcrawler
Beast
Jean Gray
Xavier

I'll update this again when I look at all the characters, those are just the ones I remember off the top of my head.
UPDATE: That's all of them in the list!

Re: X-men minifigs (suggestions)

Dunechaser's got some great purist versions. This guy has some awesome customs.

Re: X-men minifigs (suggestions)

The Wolverine's claws can be the claws from the $10 PoP set.

Re: X-men minifigs (suggestions)

Wow thanks, guys! Helps a lot! mini/smile

Re: X-men minifigs (suggestions)

You could make claws from cut-up paper clips, like you made fREDDY's glove.

Any more ideas? I'm still open for anything. mini/smile

btw Golden, your signature comic is... golden.

Re: X-men minifigs (suggestions)

In Keshen's meeting of heroes he used X-Racer's torso as Wolverine's. I think that was a good idea.

Re: X-men minifigs (suggestions)

Magneto's helmet could be done if you got the Series 2 Spartan's helmet an filed off the feather. And thanks.

Re: X-men minifigs (suggestions)

all of my custom superhero minifigs were made with printed chests all you have to do is go to google images, type in lego, the name of the character and decal( ex: Lego superman decal) and search, most of them are the exact size for a minifig once you print it, if it's to big or small, just edit it on an image editing program, and just keep trying until you get the right size mini/wink

Re: X-men minifigs (suggestions)

I suggest for characters that don't look human, see if Megablocks has any.

New sig coming soon...

Along with brickfilms...

Re: X-men minifigs (suggestions)

for cyclops take those thin aviator goggles and put some clay in the middle wit A thin red strip. Then take yellow or the color of your goggles colored clay and put that to hold it in place.

I'd eat you in half if I wasn't playing with Legos right now!

Re: X-men minifigs (suggestions)

I actually saw someone's interpretation of Wolverine at a thrift store that was selling Legos (yah I know, epic right)
I think they used this
Also I think these people have a few X men Decals.
