Hmmm...Maybe clay?

all of my custom superhero minifigs were made with printed chests all you have to do is go to google images, type in lego, the name of the character and decal( ex: Lego superman decal) and search, most of them are the exact size for a minifig once you print it, if it's to big or small, just edit it on an image editing program, and just keep trying until you get the right size

for cyclops take those thin aviator goggles and put some clay in the middle wit A thin red strip. Then take yellow or the color of your goggles colored clay and put that to hold it in place.
