Hey guys I really need help
My lego figs arms keep getting cracked and the thing is I take really good care of them
Can any one help me?

I also have that problem.
It's bound to happen with age, but you can preserve them by being careful to apply pressure evenly when removing them from torsos and by removing the hands before you pry them apart.
My Minifigure arms keep getting so lose I can't use tham anymore is their a way to fix that?
Buy replacements. They shouldn't cost more than a dollar.

It's best to try and not deconstruct minifigure torsos and legs as much as possible. Only do it when absolutely necessary.
I've had a few figures become so loose to the extent of being unusable for animation.
So, just try not to take them apart much, and do what Jargon said. You should be good.
Same here. Sometimes I buy them from retail and the arms are cracked.

You can put a little bit of tape in the minifig's arms to fix the lose arms. That's what I did for one of my videos and it worked perfectly.
