I want to make a short film but i have no ideas. Does anybody have any tips or hints to give me about creating ideas and scripts.

Get inspired. Listen to your favourite song, watch your favourite movie, take a walk in the parc. If you really can't think of anything, adapt a book or make a music video.
whenever you have an idea, no matter how stupid, just jot it down for later and accumulate a notebook of ideas to reference to.

Yeah... but it's kind of useless to post here, don't you think? It's a good song yes, but we have the coffee shop for that.
