I am searching for software to sequence my images that will work with windows7.

Oh, well, it says to sequence images, so, I thought you were referring to animating software, but, anyways.
If that doesn't help, try wax or virtual dub. Or WMM....... but, I wouldn't recommend WMM.

Yes there is. Although, it's extremely squashed together and hard to find the controls.
