Capture a shot of your screen while the video is playing on youtube then crop it

Just take a screen shot of the video while its paused.
Yes, I know, but what do you do to take a screen shot? Like, what keys?
^ if your using windows, it something different for Mac, but I can't remember what it is.
On a mac: Shift+Apple+4. Then drag the crosshairs to highlight what you want to capture.
