Topic: Is this funny?

I am manking a new episode of fun times in lego city (this one will be better).
Theres a scene where one guy is slepping and then his neighbour start singing some stupid song. The guy that is slepping says "stop singing" and the neighbour start beating with a stick on the floor and the otter guy say "stop doing stuff"! And the neighbour starts shoting whit a rifle. The first guy say "please stop making noise"! And the neighbour say "look its 8:00 Am" and the slepping guy say "I'm gunna cry..".
Is this funny?
