I was just wondering if anyone knew of any force sound effects or have any suggestions on how to make such a sound.

Can't remember exactly how I did it but what you're looking for is a burst sound like an explosion or thunder. Once you find one, run it through some filters (like pitch) in programs such as Audacity.
ooooh, I like the second one a lot. I made one a few minutes ago that sounds alright, but that one puts it to shame.

Just go to various force sounds (1 and 2)
If you have any of the old Jedi Knight games for PC, you can find the sound effects in the game files without much trouble.
