And is it a good program? I am downloading it now, it seems to be free so far. xD And I have a windows.

its only for mac, its very good, but its 50$ at the apple store.

You know, I never noticed the I.
There are some Mac programs they make available to Windows, for example, QuickTime. Just thought maybe iStopMotion would be one of them. x)
