Topic: cameras

Ok, I'm new here, and I am on a fairly low budget:mad: .  I'm looking for a fairly good quality webcam that is around 50 bucks or less.  Yeah, like I said, I'm on a low budget.  Anyways, I've done a bit of research, and I've found a few possibilities, but I would like to know more.  So far, I've just been using my Olympus FE-370 digital camera that doesn't have the ability to capture with a computer(as far as I know).  I have some great animation skills, but the shakiness caused by the digital camera just ruins it.  Plus, it takes a long time to animate.  If you have any suggestions, that would be great.  And yes, I know the quickcam 9000 is still the best option.

Thanks guys

... Then why'd you ask?

Re: cameras

I just ordered a recertified Quickcam 9000 from newegg for $54.99. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … -_-Product Seems like a good deal to me.

Re: cameras

Ok, thanks Samwise, I'll check that out.  If I can get a quickcam for half price, that sounds like a great deal!

Because I want something cheaper.

Re: cameras

I might still try that offer, but I just found a cheap(but not the cheapest) webcam.  Its the logitech quickcam chat.  It was only 20 bucks, and its logitech, who makes the quickcam 9000.  So, yeah, I bought it at walmart and can't wait to try it out! mini/XD  I'm currently working on a short where a guy gets mugged by a guy with a mug.  So thanks for your help, though.  mini/smile

Quickcam 9000's come for uber cheap. I believe a while back a site was selling them for like 30-40$.
