Hi there everyone. Just looking for a few opinions on this film. 
It is a short live action film that I made over the summer, and I also just wanted to try out the other films forums!
It has mild violence, but nothing like PG-13. Hope you enjoy!

I liked the concept and the general idea, it reminded me of Groundhog Day. What bothered me most was the lack of close-ups. There are very few close-ups in the movie, almost every shot is a waist or total shot. This gives it a less interesting look. To make your audience feel attached to the protagonist, use close-ups! Also, try to use the 180 degree rule. You will see that your films looks more professional if you use it.
But I liked the overall outcome of the film!
P.S. That guy sleeps in his casual outfit

Thank you very much. And yeah, I guess it could of used a few more close ups. And the 180 degree rule...interesting! However, it would be a little hard to do in this film, since the killer was the same as the person getting shot (meant to be that way). Thank you for the tips! I will be sure to try those out in upcoming projects. And I am glad you did. ^^

I see what you mean, but it can be done. A good example of this is Smeagol in the LOTL-saga. But Peter Jackson crosses the line in LOTL to make it look like Smeagol is talking to someone else. Yet in this example, I'd stay on one side of the line. Just experiment with it and see what works. If you don't really know how to set-up your next shot, just stay on one side of the line and you'll be safe.
