Anything? Books, movies, ads, girls and my brain. Mostly.
Watching an epic movie or listening to epic movie usually inspires me. Watching good brickfilms helps as well.
Watching fantastic films and boredom.

Uhhhhhh Bert?
I get motivated by sitting on th roof of my step dad's truck and listening to my iPod
Totally unrelated to film, I actually have little inspiration when I code. At the moment I'm not too motivated to do the Resources section as it's less than a challenge than the Chat. That doesn't mean to say I have not been working on it, it's actually around 3/5 complete. I've been working on the chat and a new system for the chatroom to perform better recently because it's not an easy thing to do.
When I made Brickfilms I used to get motivation by just watching films (Lord of the Rings, for instance, was a good one) and animated films (Wallace and Gromit).

I don't know. I lack motivation sometimes, but that is because I am busy a lot. But other times I look like this guy while on the computer working on a film:
What usually gets me going is watching a great movie that I really enjoy. But I don't watch it as a "I want to make my next video following that story" kind of thing. I look more into HOW it is made, camera angles, etc. I think about how it could of been done better, and just use those ideas on my next film. It motivates me to make something more original and greater, even if it is impossible for me to!
Besides that, you have to have the will power and want to be a filmmaker. For me, it is just a great feeling. I love it! So maybe filmmaking isn't something you truly enjoy doing? Or maybe there is something discouraging you to make films? If so, then don't let anything or anyone stop you from your dreams!
I don't know if that really helps. xD
The rude comments by teachers .
Not much, just contests now... I need more!!!
go to the toilet and sheeeeeeeeeet
that smile in those yellow heads...well, not really ...
I was just wondering, and if this was done before I am sorry, what motivates you to make a film? I seem to have problems with filmmaking because motivation seems to not come to me. So what motivates you?
I mean't that often, I start to make a film, and loose interest, because the idea just vents out, I need motivation, not ideas.
