No you should just Buy one that has good specs.
I acquired an older comp (Compaq I believe) and I am gonna upgrade its major systems, like Processor, Harddrive, RAM, Mudkipz (lol jk, 'twould be epic though), Video Graphics Card, etc.
Oh, and the crown jewel...WINDOWS 7

Dell Equals, BSOD's YSOD's and BkOD's.. There's quite many of these fails, Dell has.
I would strongly not reccoment getting a Dell.
I would even prefer a Windows Vista, than a Dell Xp. Well, that's just my opinion.

What about 7? Any way Capedkid, you have a DELL Vostro laptop, whats wrong with that?
I told you we got a XPS GEN3 (with heat-sink) running OK, though when we installed a new HDD it got the BSOD about every 30 minutes.
Well anyway, I got off that Vostro 430 ages ago, when it had rubbish graphics and it was quite noisy.
So, me and my dad, last night settled a couple of things:
We are going to build it ourselves
The graphics main graphics shall be ATI RADEON 5850
The CPU shall be Intel i5 750

And overclock the i5 to high heaven with Water Cooling 
Its too expensive. Well if so give me a set up under £800.
