This is a pretty dumb question but i need to know
I'm not sure but File>Import.
Just create a track, double click on it, click where there's no green line, and choose sources>>video source. then double click on the video source and choose browse. then select you video clip.
Oh, and ps: when you encounter a problem or two, try to solve it yourself first before going to everyone else on here.
