There is a small difference in everyday life. When you see blood, it's a little bit from a cut, not blood pouring and spattering from a man you are shooting. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't play a game that has some blood in it. There are two extremes. Letting a 10 yr. old play a rated M(here where it's 18+) game and not letting them play a game with even the slightest bit of violence. There is a middle of the road, ya know.

I've decided that I'm going to become immune to several select, non-lethal poisons, then put them in my snacks to discourage sneaky snack snatchers. -Littlebrick

I've been playing GTA since er... about 2002. I was 10 at the time. I'm not a serial killer and I'm not crazy (I think...).

No, I didn't say if you played M games when you were too young would turn you into a serial killer. That's an extreme I was talking about.

People, people, This isn't the "argue about whether M rated games are alright or not thread"

It's really starting to annoy me, can't we all agree that some people like M games, and some people don't.

I think they should make a game that is a cross between COD4 and Mirrors edge.
Like if you press a button you put your gun away and end up with mirrors edge style free running.
Make for som hectic multiplayer anyway. mini/delirium

Left 4 Dead is rated M. Halo is rated M. mini/confused I just hate it when kids think that every single M game is the same, it's the ignorance that bothers me here.
