Seriously?
Are you not allowed to talk to people at school because they can say bad words?
There is a difference. And I'm not just talking about bad words.
It just doesn't make any sense. You can turn down the volume or just don't chat.

Can't you still see the comments on the screen?
Uhmmm... on PC yeah, but not on a console. That's usually in the lobby.

Ah. Well, I'm on a PC right this second, but that won't be the case soon(hopefully).
I don't know about you guys, but this game looks really awesome. Like Mercs 2 taken to the next level. The only thing is, where is that parachute coming from?
That...looks...amazing!!! ![]()
Just Cause 1 sucked IMO. JC 2 looks really awesome, though.
I got Dragon Rising. It's so freaking amazing. Much better then ArmA II.

Looks AWESOME
!...until he shot the guy and blood spattered everywhere. I hope turning the blood off is an option. But even then, I've been looking for a game where you can jump off a place 100 stories tall and live!
I've never seen something so realistically goofy.
. . . which is not necessarily a bad thing.

Oh man, I have a lot to catch up with...
Call Of Duty is the most overated serie I ever saw.
I agree that it is really overrated, but at least there are some good CoD games. I think the most overrated series has got to be one that only has mediocre or bad games, like Zelda.
SmallTimeProductions wrote:I thought the Modern Warfare 2 trailer was crap.
Get out, now.
If it wasn't a trailer for a CoD game, would you care? I think some people are just hypnotized by the brand name.
What's a really good 3rd person game that has little to no bad content other than just plain violence(no to little blood)? I can't play any games if any girl/woman's shirt is too high/low/both, and I'm glad of that, they make me uncomfortable and I lose my focus on fighting.
Brutal Legend is rated M, but it has options to turn off all the blood and swearing. I don't know about sexual content though, I've only played the demo.
Just looked at Elder Scrolls. Looks like what I've been searching for!
Elder Scrolls IV has some extremely gory zombies. You should go for Morrowind.
Thanks guys. I don't have a console yet, but when I do, what's better, an Xbox 360 or a Sony PS3?
360 is focused more towards M rated games. The PS3 has the advantage of having LittleBigPlanet, which I think is one of the best games ever made, and it's rated E.

Yo Smalltime, I respechu, and imma let you finish, but Zelda has had some of the best games of all time! OF ALL TIME!
In all seriousness though, the old topscrolling Zelda games are some of my favorites. I still play them today. Maybe that's just me though.
But even then, I've been looking for a game where you can jump off a place 100 stories tall and live!

iLove playing Team Fortress 2 On My MacBook Pro via Boot Camp.
And how old are you again?
Normally I hate those 10 year olds whining trough the microphone that they're great (mostly I pwn them in a second
)
"No, no, STOP IT! OH MY GOD WHAT ARE YOU DOING!! CANT YOU SEE IM MAKING A FORT WITH MY GRAVITY GUN... NO! NO! YOU'RE RUINING EVERYTHING!" Haha yeah, they get quite annoying.
I spent three hours downloading the Portal demo last night, and man, it was worth it. Even though I don't like first person shooters, I think this one is awesome enough to deserve a spot in my videogame pile. So, does anyone know how removable the blood is? I didn't see an option to remove it in the demo, so I wonder if it's possible to remove it manually.
And yeah, I totally don't think that anyone under the age of 18 should be playing an M rated game by themselves, or at all.
Well it depends on which M rated game it is and what it's rated M for.
Doesn't M mean mature audiences, or something similiar? Over here M only means reccomended for 15 year oilds, but most people have watched an M movie by the time they are 10 and some watching MA (restricted 15+ without parental supervision) by the time they're 13.
I don't think videogames have too much mental/violence affect on kids, and to say a teen can't handle an M game in my opinion, is a pretty funny thing, srsly. If you have a decent mental condition some blood and explosions isn't going to turn you into a serial killer.
Are you guys not allowed to look at blood during every day life?
