Ratatouille
Goodness.... this film is so good it hurts. Brad Bird is the man. Gorgeous visuals, fantastic music...
Batman Begins
In my opinion the best superhero movie ever made. Yeah. That's about it.

lol. Ratatouille rocks. Spudster, he did, didn't he?

Wait to go Ladon, you're an example to us ALL.
Yes, thank you for quoting my quotes ![]()
Burton's only direction of animation was Corpse Bride, he 'directed' Nightmare, meaning that he oversaw the production, with Henry Sellick directing the animation. And even on Corpse Bride he only co-directed, as he's not a stop motion animator. He worked at Disney in the hand drawn animation department, and worked from Disney on a few Muppet projects...
So yes, apparently I AM an example to US ALL.
Really? It was already getting lame last time...
Just re-watched The Red Baron (2008). Love that film.

Gentlemen Prefer Blonds
This is an IQ damaging film. Not I know where all the blond jokes came from.
2.5/5
There Will Be Blood
Daniel Day-Lewis was great, though I still think he got the Best Actor award for his amazing performance as Bill The Butcher in 'Gangs of New York'.
I absolutely loved the cinematography. Every shot blew me away. I could see how well thought out every part of the movie was.
4/5
Star Wars: Episode 4
First time I've ever seen this.
I finally understand.

Watchmen: Tales Of The Black Freighter
Really great short animated film, the watchmen movie creators really show that they are dedicated to the original graphic novel.
Can't wait to get the ULTIEMATE CUT of watchmen!
The director's cut PLUS The Black Freighter story in one!
Will probably be my geekiest experience ![]()
Swing Kids
I'm going through the old good movies I've got sitting around.
Next up: Fatherland
The Departed.
Great movie, awesome story, good cast. Jack Nicholson was perfect and hilarious.
A must-see
K-PAX
Weird film, but a masterpiece indeed. The acting was terrific!
Mission To Mars
It was ok, but I felt it had taken inspiration from 2001: A Space Odyssey a bit too much.
Crank
What the hell was THAT!?!
Actually, it was a hilarious film, with bold action almost all the time...
