So Do I need A Good Graphics Card For BrickFilming?

no you don't need one, but why do you ask anyway? You just bought a new pc.

Well I'm not an expert on computers, but I guess it would be handy for when you're editing, and especially for Carrera and Blender type stuff.
I had the second whizzest graphics card in the WORLD. Last year.
Since you've already bought the computer, why not just try making a movie, using whatever software you use, and see how it goes?
Yeah, I agree, you can buy new stuff every time, but you need to make a film sometimes. Besides, you need to begin with what you have. That's what I did anyway.
I wouldn't call it extremely necessary, unless you're doing some pretty hardcore rendering on it. As long as it's fast enough to encode the video and process the fairly simple graphical tomfoolery that brickfilming entails, I wouldn't be splashing out on that FireGL just yet. 
If you're going to be doing hardcore special effects and/or 3D on your machine, then a decent graphics card helps. For general brickfilming it's not necessary.
I'll probably get the 512MB One that is like free from PC World; I have a 50 quid Voucher.

Is there anything I could buy to maybe enhance my graphics card? It's really bad, an INTEL Graphics Media card.
Yeah, it's an upgrade called a new graphics card.
Can anyone suggest A Graphics card that will be good for pretty intense Effects?

It depends on a number of factors including your budget, what your computer can handle, and whether you ACTUALLY need it.
What about any of these?:
512MB nVidia GeForce 8400GS PCI Express.
512MB nVidia GeForce 9400GT PCI Express.
1GB nVidia GeForce 9500GT PCI Express.
1GB nVidia GeForce 9600GT PCI Express.
1GB nVidia GeForce 9800GT PCI Express.
Would any of these be good for Intense Effects?
