E-mail alerts for new PMs aren't working properly, at least for this user... whether I have the box checked or not, I don't get them. And yes, I've cleared my cache. 
Oh yes, I was aware of that and probably should have removed the option in settings for the time being. The PM system got upgraded (by someone other than me) and the already iffy PM email extension stopped working altogether. It's on the to-do list, though.
Not sure if this is happening to anyone else.
When I have recently logged in and there are a lot of threads highlighted with the "there's stuff you have not read yet" and I write a post, after the post is made, all the unread threads are no longer marked as such.
This makes it a little frustrating as after making a post I have no idea what I've read and what is new.
It seems to happen more when writing a longer post. Not sure if the writing is a factor, or the "being logged in but not navigating around fro a long time" part is a factor. It does not log me out.
yeah, that happens with me sometimes too.
I think it happens if you're not moving between pages for longer than a few minutes. I always have one tab with all of the categories open, and open each in seperate tabs and browse them all seperately.
I have noticed this as well, my understanding of punbb's inner workings is not complete enough to explain it. I do know that if I linger in one place it happens, as Riley mentioned, and if I just tab everything real quick-like I don't have the issue.
