STAR - Space, Time and Realities. Even though it looks like a theme about outer space, you could twist it and have a film about a guy who craves personal space.

TGI - The Great Invention
Sounds a bit too much like IDEA to me.
I would like to see a contest that focuses solely on the concept of documentaries or 'mockumentaries'. No idea what we'd call that, though.

I'm sure most would want a veteran brickfilmer to run the contest. You are still pretty new around here so I don't think you will be able to organize it.
