Oh no... You're not supposed to delete everything, you're supposed to uninstall it properly! XO Now i don't think you can.
Go into the registry and delete it.

Liek How fib? I always forget.... I need to remove something.
Run >> Regedit >> HKEY_CURRENT_USER >> Right Click "WinRAR" and delete

Go into the registry and delete it.

Whenever you want to unistall a program ALWAYS uninstall it. Never delete it.
Ccleaner is a good piece of freeware for tidying up your registry and files. I run this regularly as there is always garbage around when you uninstall software.
Reinstalling and uninstalling is a good idea and probably the simplest way to do things. Just remember, .dll files can sometimes be used by other programs which is why they cannot be deleted. It just depends where they are and whats running at the time.

Thanks guys!
Martinprince2004, I have CCleaner and I used it but it just messed up icons and stuff.
I'm gonna keep WinRAR, but do any of you guys know how to change the archive icons? I want to make a folder with a password, but it has to be a RAR archive when I look. I want to just make a normal folder or a Zip folder with a password, but not hide it from my desktop. I've password preotected an archive, but it won't let me change the icon from a book to the vault door I made (the folder is The Vault) when I go to properties. Any help?
