Topic: How do I get the best lighting for the 9k?

I have been watching some films made with the 9k, and the lighting really made the image quality great. (Moo-C-J's "Cafe Carnage Redux", KG's "Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 test")
So, what would be the best lighting style for the 9000? I am thinking either the lamps are kind of dim while the exposure is cranked up, or there is a really bright lamp. Can you help me with this?
THANKSZ,
-JK

BlingBlongStudios made a tutorial about his QCP9K's settings. You should watch it. He has pretty good quality.
