This is so rigged.
Most of the judges, by nature of being experienced brickfilmers / reviewers in the community, are friends on some level, so there may be some bias. But the Academy Awards are also judged by peers, it makes sense to me to do it that way so I don't really have a problem with it. I think the fact that three out of four "Best Film" nominees were made by people who aren't active members of the community would suggest there isn't a lot of bias here.
The judges could not nominate their own films, and cannot vote in categories they are nominated in for the winners. NXTManiac is running everything for this, he receives and tabulates the ballots.

Care to elaborate? You can't just throw out an allegation like that without at least explaining why you think it's rigged.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to make this, but I'll certainly try.

Let's see, it's for 2008 which was two years ago so...2015 on a month ending with a y? The losers could have used that luck
